Award Entries

The entry fee is AED 1,250. Award Entry Fees are non-refundable. We accept payment online and in AED only.

This fee includes the total cost of handling your entry and the full judging process.

You can retract an entry once submitted by emailing contact@cardandpaymentsawards.com.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund if you decide to withdraw your entry. Once your payment is processed you will receive an acknowledgement from the e-commerce site.

Please note: that the judges have the right to move your entry into a different category if they feel it is better suited.

The winner of each category will receive upon attendance at the awards:

• A physical Winner's trophy presented on the evening at the Awards given on the evening to the winner
• Inclusion in the Winner's list on the website Listed in the digital winners' magazine
• Duplicate trophies can be ordered after the event but may be subject to an additional charge.

If you have purchased a table at the awards, the following is included in your table price:

• A TCPA Winners seal to share on social media - for use for 1 year only from the awards date Social media tile - for use for 1 year only from the awards date
• Digital email seal -  use for 1 year only from the awards date and a digital certificate - for use for 1 year only from the awards date Dedicated posts on social media (Instagram & LinkedIn)
• If you would like to use any TCPA digital assets after your first year, you will need to purchase a license from us to do so, which you can do below (1000AED per each year referenced).

Logo usage

Your logo: When entering the Awards you will be asked to supply a logo that can be used alongside the entry if it is shortlisted (it will be used in print as well as on the big screens on the night). We request that you source a high-res logo from your design team to ensure the best quality. In all cases we endeavour to position logos with sufficient room around them, whilst balancing the need to fit numerous logos in limited space.

Winner's Logo: Use of the TCPA Winner's Assets are for one year ( if a table has been purchased) after which we require an additional usage agreement. Our Logo must be used in conjunction with our Brand Guidelines and the year of entry/ shortlist or win must be included.

Winner Attendance & Trophy Collection

To maintain the integrity and prestige of the awards ceremony, please note: Trophies are presented and collected on the night of the Awards ceremony only.

If a company wins but does not attend the event, the trophy will not be issued or shipped afterwards.

In order to receive a trophy, the winning company (or a nominated representative) must be present to collect it on the evening.

Use of Digital Assets Our official Winner / Finalist digital assets (including badges, ceremony branding, and post-event graphics) are provided exclusively to companies attending the Awards.

A table booking is required in order to access and use official digital assets. This includes use across LinkedIn, websites, press releases, internal comms, email signatures, marketing materials, and any public announcements.

Table Package Bookings

We accept payment in AED only.

Cancellation of bookings are subject to the following surcharges: Cancellations more than 60 working days before the event will result in a surcharge of 50% of total cost; cancellations fewer than 60 working prior to the event will incur a 100% surcharge.

Cancellations must be made in writing to The Card and Payments Awards via email.

If you have requested an invoice, The Card and Payments Awards will look to issue this within 3 working days. Please arrange for this to be paid within 14 days and payment must be settled before the event date. If you would like to pay by credit card, please get in touch and we can provide a secure link to enable this.

Table position is allocated based on table package as well as first-come, first-served on payment basis.
