Award Entries

The entry fee is $350 per entry unless you receive the Early Bird rate (conditions apply). Award Entry Fees are non-refundable. We accept payment online and in USD only.

This fee includes the total cost of handling your entry and the full judging process. All finalists and winners will receive a certificate and seal to use on future marketing material. Winners will also receive a trophy and a bottle of champagne. The cost of these is included in the entry fee. The entry fee does not include entry to the Awards Ceremony. Event tables are sold separately - see below.

Duplicate trophies can be ordered after the event, but may be subject to an additional charge.

You can retract an entry once submitted by emailing event@cardandpaymentsawards.com. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund if you decide to withdraw your entry.

Once your payment is processed, you will receive an acknowledgement from the e-commerce site. 

Please note that the judges reserve the right to reclassify your entry into a different category if they believe it is more suitable.

Logo usage

Your logo: When entering the Awards, you will be asked to supply a logo that can be used alongside the entry if it is shortlisted (it will be used in print as well as on the big screens on the night). We request that you source a high-res logo from your design team to ensure the best quality. In all cases, we endeavor to position logos with sufficient room around them, whilst balancing the need to fit numerous logos in limited space.

Winner's Logo: Use of the TCPA Winner's Assets is for one year; after this period, we require an additional usage agreement. Our Logo must be used in conjunction with our Brand Guidelines, and the year of entry/ shortlist or win must be included.

Table Package Bookings

We accept payment in USD only.

Cancellation of bookings is subject to the following surcharges: Cancellations made more than 60 working days prior to the event will result in a surcharge of 50% of the total cost; cancellations made fewer than 60 working days prior to the event will incur a 100% surcharge.

Cancellations must be made via email to The Card and Payments Awards.

If you have requested an invoice, The Card and Payments Awards will look to issue this within 3 working days. Please arrange for payment to be made within 14 days, and the payment must be settled before the event date. If you would like to pay by credit card, please contact us, and we can provide a secure link to facilitate this payment.

Table position is allocated based on the table package as well as first-come, first-served on a payment basis.
